Dynamic columns in report based on crosstab query

Hello All,

I need to generate a monthly report that shows billed amounts.

I wrote a crosstab query that will show me customers as rows and invoice dates as columns. I was able to write a report that shows this query with totals etc.  (see code)

I want to accomplish two things,

1. Have the query only show invoice dates from a date range (have user pick a month or date range?).
2. I want my report to automatically add every date column from that month. Possible?

Go gently on me as I'm out of my depth here...
