How to confirm there is no data in database to display access report?

I have a report that take data from ms sql database and display in Access report .

It uses predefined queries in access to get data into the report

but now my report is showing no data (#ERROR) ...also my Vb application which calls the report is saying "no record found" error when generating the report by clicking on a button.

i am not sure actually there is no data in the database.

i checked the "Record source" property of the report and found the particular access query name

I went to access and open the query in design view and executed the query which resulted "no records"

On more doubt is that when i searched the same access query in the VB application, no where i found that query is calling.

So can i confirm that there is no data in database?
