Prevent sub Reports from spanning multiple pages
Hi,
I have a report with 7 sub reports. This is the only way to display the info I require. The number of records in each sub report will vary. The sub reports some times span the page. I want to prevent this. I have tried adding page breaks etc, the issue is that the number of records for the subreports will vary depending on the data set imported, therefore it is difficult to plan around. See pics below, page 1 shows two sub reports, page 2 shows the second subreport having spanned the page.
Is there a way to prevent a sub report from spanning the page and force it to begin on a new page.

Not sure which version of Access you're using but here's my 2 cents (MS Access 2007).
Add 7 Groups to the report and then set each groups "Keep Together" property to "Yes". Then place each of your subreports in each group. The Group can be an expression such as =Date()
