Problems with Admin access rights

Hi Experts,

I am trying to assign usernames and passwords to users using groups and permissions. I created a group and assigned them various rights, however they were unable to make ammendments to a table's data thru a form, the form had a section with dropdown options but the user could not make a selection. Thinking i had made an error in setting up the group i logged in as admin and tried using the same form but had the same problem. As far as i can tell the admin has full rights to all the tables, forms, queries, reports etc and the database itself. See attachment for print screens.

Any ideas?
