Make Access DB standalone app!

I have a DB I made in Access (off97 PRO). It has full user interface etc but I need access installed on comp to run it. Is there a way to make this DB a standalone app (to run it on a computer that doesn't have access installed). I think that there was something called Access Distribution Kit in some previous version, that made this but I cannot find any reference to it..

Also this DB is only one (large) .mdb file (all together; data tables, queries, forms etc..). It consists of few data tables (each could be separate data base!!). Is there a way to have the tables as separate data bases/files? I don't want them all in just one big file. It would be much, much better if they could be in few smaller files.
