system.mdw already in use error

We have started to run the Office Suite from a server.  We get an error message stating that the system.mdw file is already in use when the 2nd person tries to run Access from the server.  What can we do to allow more than one person to use Access at the same time?

Hi db12,

Have a copy of system.mdw on your local PCs. Before running access again, you need to run MS Access Workgroup Administrator (WRKGADM.EXE - This file can be found in the MS Office folder). You must join the group on your local PC - that is specify the path to your system.mdw file on your local PC. Do this only once. This should solve the sharing conflict.

Ooops... Iam sorry about the Licence issue. I guess I was not aware. I might have to withdraw my answer doing so will violate the licence.

Actually, I did some more investigating and it turned out to be a permissions problem.  I had set the WORKDIR directory on the server with "add & read" permissions. When I went back and gave "RWXD", everything seems to be working fine now.
