Convert to Visual Basic or Link to an Oracle DB

I just got Microsoft Visual Studio 6 installed on my PC. I have little experience with this software.

I currently have a multi-user DB in A97. Our department has purchased a product called CENTRA 2000 (http://www.centra2000.com). This product's backbone is an Oracle database.

1) Can I use my existing Access DB as a tool to enter/retrieve data to/from this new Oracle DB using API calls? (Basically replace my Access tables with code to point to another DB?)
2) Can I easily convert the forms, reports, etc. in the Access database to Visual Basic 6.0?
3) Can I use other tools in Visual Studio 6.0 to facilitate these above needs?

In a training class with CENTRA, we created a Visual Basic Form and populated/retrieved data using using the VB Form. Should I just RECREATE these forms in Visual Basic? I have tried to "copy/paste objects from Access to VB, but it does not work. Any ideas?
