Checking whether a form is open access 97b

Hi I have multiple form ms access 97b dbase and when I exit the app I wish to check whether another form is open, because if it is then I delete a table in the database.

Does anybody know how to check whether a form is open in vba, because if the form isn't open then the vba errors saying could not find the object "formname"
