  • The Feedback of the Community

Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. Opening an ODBC recordset in code

I have an ODBC linked tabled in Access linked to a SQL 6.5 database.  It opens up fine when I open it manually, but when I try to open it as a recordset in code, it works 95% of the time, and then I get an error saying that I can't open the recordset.  If I open and close the table manually again, then the code will work.
