Hi JMRoussel,
sorry to tell you ... but with a standard access field this is not possible. But there are still multiple ways to solve you problem.
1) Use RTF
You can store your RTF into a text or memo field and then display it using a control which can display RTF in your forms
2) Use HTML (or even XML)
Store the data into a text field and display them by using an IE instance on your Form
