Need More Advice :(

Morning Gang,
I have been asked to design a database for a company and, have no idea on how much i should charge.
The Database is going to be Filemakerpro (i know your access people but, the filmaker section ppl have given me no response) so if you cant advise me on filmakerpro, then how much could i charge for an MS Access?? I just need a rough guide Pleeeeeeease :(
The database will consist (for example) a jobs record page, email auto-send to chase engineers etc if they havent completed their work on due time. maybe a P.O form, Contacts form, weblinks form, and an archive form (keeping track of all their hardware/software/paperwork etc) also will produce reports on entered criteria, mailing lists, letter templates
Well its going to be a basic to medium type database and i need advice if poss on how much i can charge the company in euros/pounds sterling???
