If you are not familiar with SQL the easiest way is to click query on the database tab, then click new. This will open the query builder window. Click each table you need to get data from then add. Next click close on the add tables dialog. Select all the fields you want from the lists in the top half of the window and drag them into the grid below.
When you are done, save your query.
Now when you create your form set the record source to the query name. You can also set an existing forms source to your query by bringing up the properties window in the design view for that form.

Use a query to join the data (assuming there is a key to relate the tables together) If not, you have to use a phantom key.
