If cboDecisionStatus.value = "Award" then
cboProbability.value = "100%"
end if

Browse All TopicsI have a main form in my access database where I want the form to automatically show the text "100%" in my [Probability] combobox/field if the user chooses the text "Award" on another combo box/field called [DecisionStatus]. This will of course reflect in my underlying table.
Thanks!

The values in the combo box should come from either query or value list;
1-set the RowSource type into value list or Query if the values will come from a query
2- in the combo box (that user choose Award) put the following code in its event "After Update"
if probabilitycombo.value = "Award" then
mycombo.value = "text 100%"
end if
