How 2 send text data from a form into a table

I have a form with filtered records.
I want to copy the info into a table called Temp
ProjectName is a field set up on the filtered form and Project is the name of a field in the Temp Table.

So if my filtered form had a value of Justy in the ProjectName field. The user would diouble click and this info would the be inserted into the Temp Table.

How do I code the copy process giving the Temp Project field the same data in the current ProjectName field thats on my form?

This has been bugging me for a while now!
