Reexecuting query to populate combo box...

Asked by KalluMama in Microsoft Access Database

Tags: , , ,

Hi guys,

I was trying to make a combo box in Access that is populated based on a query that will check which item is currently available and only those will be listed in the combo box. This works great, but only once. For it to work constantly I have to exit the Form and renter for the query to be reexcuted and the combo to be re populated with fresh values.

My question is how can I keep updating my database make make sure that the combo box is always updated as I leave a certain field. I hope I was clear as MUD!!

Thanks!!
