Put the data you want to pass to the other form in the [OpenArgs] section:
ntrol2.Val ue
stDocName = "frmName"
DoCmd.OpenForm stDocName, , , stLinkCriteria, , , [OpenArgs]
'DoCmd.OpenForm stDocName, , , stLinkCriteria, , , "txtValue = '" & Me.txtBoxValue.Value &"'"
Or
Just reference the value of a control from one form to the other:
Me.txtBoxValue.Value = Forms!frmMain!frmNEW!txtCo
now the txtBoxValue on the form has the same value as txtControl2 on the other form.
