Hi

I have a Microsoft Access report that has information on all our customers. Each customer information is grouped by the customer ID and it prints it on a different page.

However since we have 1000 + customers, we need to save each individual report in a different file rather than have one big file that contains all the information.

There must be a simple way by which Access allows one to save each group to a different report file. I am sure I am not the first one with such a need. Just can't seem to find the solution.

I am fine with using any format to save that will maintain the formatting (Excel is stripping out the formatting). The end goal is for my user to check the report files and then she sends some out by fax and others she emails them. We are presently exporting the report and saving it on the network as an RTF file.
