Main Topics
Browse All TopicsI am trying to set up a query which will retreive a set of records having a date in the last full month. In other words, if I run the query on June 11th I would like to see only (and all) records from the previous May. I have done the same query in Crystal Reports but can not find a similar function in Access. My programming experience is minimal and I am using only the simple form/query/report builder functions, not visual basic. Thanks for the help.

Danny, good solution, and well done! but just a tip here for u, may help u next time, not being cheeky, just some free advice, if you want to take it.
Sometimes regional settings come into play, so date may be MM/DD/YYYY, so when u think about parsing dates, if its one country only, its fine, if multiple countries, then you have to think about it

Hi Apschminkey,
You can put something like "Between [First Day] and [Last Day]" in the criteria of your query under the same field as the dates.
