runtime 2000, access 2003

Greetings old friends,

Long has been the day since i've had to actually work with access, (yay no more programming).
So i got an interesting question for ye.

Until our custom software is completed, we're using access 2000. Brilliantly we have a batch file which downloads a MDE to all the clients.
none of the clients have access installed on their computer.
However, 1 client needs access, and has a new computer so of course it has access 2003.    Because it's access 2003 and the runtime is access 2000, she gets a halt error on a macro saying invalid data.  The same procedure works fine for anyone who has access 2000, and for for everyone who only has runtime installed on their PC.

I have a couple ideas for fixes, but want to know what you guru's know off hand. =)
