Using VBA to export data to Excel

Hi all,

I'm having problems exporting data to Excel using VBA. What I need to do is complicated, and well above my skill level, so I hope you can help.

I need to transfer data from a query into and Excel worksheet that already exists. How do I specify a specific column and row for the data to populate with VBA? I prepared the spreadsheet ahead of time so that I don't have to insert additional rows, etc., so that helps some.
