The database has been placed in a state by an unknown user that prevents it from being opened or locked.

I'm getting this error on an Access 2000 database that is being opened during a scheduled task that runs @ 00:35.
After I click OK, things continue on as though everything were normal.
Interesting Note: I held [shift] while clicking OK to bypass the Autoexec macro, and just a blank Access screen came up, no db window.

Nobody else accesses this database, and there are no linked tables.
I can't get the error to appear any other time but during this scheduled task...even when manually running the task from the scheduler.
The back-ups are NOT running at that time.
It does use ODBC to connect to our iSeries, but QINTER is already running at that time, and the backups have also been completed.
The explanation for the error on the MS site doesn't seem to match what is happening (go figure!).

The db is running on a W2K Advanced Server, and Access is at SP-3.

Thanks!
