pull data from oracle into access

Access 2003 MDE / Runtime
I want to *get* data from an Oracle database and import it into a local table in my Access app. What would be the best way to connect. pull a stored proc via ADO and loop/ populate the Access table, can I link to a view in Oracle from Access (like you would a table) and execute an append query?

Any advice/ experience will be greatly appreciated.
