The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. To explain what factors affect the solution rating, here are the elements we take into consideration when formulating our solution rating.

  • The Grade of the Solution
  • The Zone Rank of the Expert Providing the Solution
  • The Number of Author and Expert Comments
  • The Number of Experts Contributing
  • The Feedback of the Community

Your Input Matters
Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. As a member of Experts Exchange, you are able to cast your vote on the quality of the solutions in regard to how complete, accurate, helpful and easy to understand each solution is. Breaking a Date/Time field into other fields

I have table with the following fields: WorkOrder#,   ChangeDate, Status.
The records look like this:
WO#          ChangeDate                              Status
1459874    03/19/2007 8:43:34 AM            Started
1459874    03/19/2007 10:03:20 AM          Hold
1459874    03/19/2007 10:05:20 AM          Complete
1459875    03/20/2007 9:43:34 AM            Started
1459875    03/19/2007 11:03:20 AM          Hold
1459875    03/19/2007 11:05:20 AM          Complete
In a query I want to break the ChangeDate field in three different fields like this:
ChangeDateStarted, ChangeDateHold, ChangeDateComplete sorted by WorkOrder#
In other words: All the changedate records with "Started" status in a separate field, all the changedate records with "Hold" status in a separate field and all the changedate records with "Complete" status also in a separate field.
Then I want to query this fields so that I can get the total number of minutes or hours the worker spend working on that particular Work Order.
