Unable to enter data in an HTML data collection  Form  generated in Access 2007

I am using Microsoft Access 2007 as a contacts database. I am using the collect data wizard to try and capture data into my database by emailing my clients an HTML form to fill in.

The form arrives fine and looks great but the fields where the data should be input will not allow any test to be typed in.

could anyone please help with this please?
