Combining data rows in an Access Database

I am trying to create a flat file that shows a row for each customer number... with the columns showing tags for each Product Group that they purchase. e.g.

Using queries I have created a table that has mulitple rows for most customs (one row for each prduct group they use that looks something like this).
CustNbr PG1 PG2 PG3 PG4 PG5
12 Y
12 Y
12 Y
12 Y
15 Y
15 Y

I want to get to a table that combines the above into a table with only one row for each customer;

CustNbr PG1 PG2 PG3 PG4 PG5
12 Y Y Y Y
15 Y Y

Basically I want to collapse the multiple rows for each customer... into one row.

Years ago I would use Paradox and this was very easy to accomplish... but the query structure in Access does not seem to allow for this.
