The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. To explain what factors affect the solution rating, here are the elements we take into consideration when formulating our solution rating.

  • The Grade of the Solution
  • The Zone Rank of the Expert Providing the Solution
  • The Number of Author and Expert Comments
  • The Number of Experts Contributing
  • The Feedback of the Community

Your Input Matters
Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. Make Tables Day Value

Hi Experts,
I am stuck on something that I'm sure there is a way around.
Basically in Access 2003 I need to divide costs across a number of days.
So say I have 2 dates (01/01/07 & 07/01/07) and a cost of 10 which I need to allocate across those days but weekends and public holidays have no cost:
1st = Public Holiday
2nd = Cost
3rd = Cost
4th = Cost
5th = Cost
6th = Weekend
7th = Weekend
This would mean that the total cost (10) would be split out over the 4 days at 2.5 each day. I need to build a table for the dates but am not certain the best way to do it the result would look like this:
01/01/07 0
02/01/07 2.5
03/01/07 2.5
04/01/07 2.5
05/01/07 2.5
06/01/07 0
07/01/07 0
Can someone lead me toward a similar example, I am exploring the idea of creating a recorset but am not sure the best way to go. Any help much appreciated.Start Free Trial
