The database will share deviation problems and solutions. The five different engineers will each need to find there deviation record by assigned numbers. They need to pull up the record in the data entry form and add root cause/corrective action message. They will need to change the record status from Open to Submitted. Finally the Department Mgr will find the Submitted records and accept or reject.
I have all built but the filter by record #.
