Access 97 shortcut problem

I have an Access 97 database that resides on 1 workstation in a workgroup network. All of the workstations on the network each a drive mapped to where the database resides. However, one of my workstations is unable to open the database using the shortcut to it. The database can be opened manually through Access. I have tried mapping a new drive and creating new shortcuts, however neither has worked.
