Receiving "Item not found in this collection" when attempting to set a QueryDef to value of a variable.

Hello,

I've been struggling with this for hours, as I always do... I have the below code, included as a Code Snippet, and when it runs, MS Access says, "Item not found in this collection" and highlights line 4. Can you tell me what I am doing wrong? Thank you very much.
