Changing Default Start Day of Week from Sunday to Monday

I have some reports in access grouping things by week.  The weeks always start on Sunday and run to Saturday.
I want the weeks to go from Monday to Sunday
How do i accomplish this?  I found some code that can determine the default start day of the week but nothing on how to change it.

The DatePart function allows you to specify the start day:
DatePart(interval, date[,firstdayofweek[, firstweekofyear]])

what do i do with this function?  Won't it just display the interval of some date?

How about setting it in the Windows Control Panel: Control Panel > Regional and Language Optons > Formats

If you - in the groupings settings - just group by week, it will use the international date settings of Windows.

If you don't wish to or can't change these, then replace the grouping on the week for the date to:

=DatePart("ww";[NameOfYourDateField];2;2)
where 2 and 2 indicate respectively to start with Monday and to use week 1 for the first week of the year with minimum 4 days (the ISO standard).

where do i put this function?   I can't replace the grouping on the week to anything other than the choices in the dropdown menu like day, week, month, quarter etc....

In the left most column where you now have the field name.

OK, I want to set Windows to always show the week starting on Sunday which is the norm in Australia.  But the blasted thing always starts on Monday.  the Regional and Language setting doesn't allow any change to the week format. Win XP SP3
