Percentage calculation in query

I created a crosstab query in Access that lists the Sales, Cost of Goods Sold(CSG) and Margin for each day of the month by Client Grouping. Then the user asked to have an additional line added to show the percentages of margin to Sales. I created that as well except the report adds all of the percentages with the crosstab report and that doesn't make any sense. Is there a simple way for me to manipulate this one column?
Here is a sample of the data that I create:
Grouping      P/LCategory      Grand Total      20070902      20070903      20070904      20070905      20070906 Account      1-Sales      34,740.                              4,526.
Account      2-CGS      11,396.                              149.
Account      3-Margin      23,343.                              4,377. Account      4-Percent      632.                              97.
etc

1. I thought about loading each entry to a table based on the date and then manipulating the one Percent for the Grand total and then create another query to print out the data,
2. trying to generate a report, but I wasn't sure how to do that since each month the column names change. I have the date in a yyyymmdd format. Is there a way to strip the yyyymm from the column heading, so a generic report can be created?
3. Or can I export it to Excel, and create a routine to recalculate the one percentage for each grouping.
4. My last idea that I'm going to try while I wait for an answer is to create a total record with a YYYYMM00 day that will total all the total Sales, CGS, & Margin for each client grouping. Then I can create a percentage and then not display the total column that the crosstab creates for us.
Any thoughts or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
