Create Access Report with totals

I need to create an Access report that looks like a spreadsheet with totals in each cell.

For example, I have rows for each department and columns for outstanding, completed, total and I need to have a count of what workorders are still outstanding, were completed in the past X days, and a total for each department.

At the bottom of the report I need a grand total.

Should I use Excel? If so, how would I do this?Start Free Trial
