Simple vba form to fetch data

Hi

I am a newbie to VBA.
I am working on access 2003 database.

I have a table which contains data for employees.

I want to create a simple form which will have 1 text box and 1 command button.

When I enter employee id in the text box and hit the button , data for that user should be displayed.

Please help.
