applying form filter based on criteria in textbox

SO
i have created a way for when 2 things on the drop down box are selected the form then puts a value in a textbox. A lot of the text boxes are 0 because of the criteria i  have laid down. i want the user to be able to click a button to filter the form where these 0's will disappear aka it will display fields where > 0
and ALSO how do i make a button to print these filtered resultsStart Free Trial
