I've attached a code snippet. This code does what I want it to! However, I feel it is quite inelegant and therfore inefficient and believe there is a better way. My MANAGER also believes there is a better way and I'm 3 days over the project as it is!!! HELP!!!

I've come up with this:

My Question is: How do I make the attached code snippet more effective with fewer lines of code? I've used LEFT OUTER JOIN and it's not helped! What can I do?
