Compact Access db on users machine that has only runtime version of MS Access

Hello Experts, I have a database that is has multiple users (50+) that I run a Sync on every night. Each user has a laptop and travels, so I have them put a copy of the MS Access Backend and Frontend on their laptop. On the main form is a Sync button which they click to Sync their data with the main db. I have an additional Access db that is opened when the Sync button is clicked and performs a compact on the local (laptop) backend. Most of my users have new laptops that have only the runtime version of Access not, and the compacting db no longer works.

I am looking for a solution that will compact the local backend as part of a Sync process in an MS Access Runtime enviroment.
