If Combo box = Null open new form and link data. Problem with data linking

On my First Form I have Industry(Text) and IndustrySector(combobox) from tblIndustry
A Subform having SubSector(combobox) and Process(combobox) Linked with IndustryId (tblIndustry) and IndustryId (tblPollution) .
 IndustrySector(combobox),  SubSector(combobox) Process(combobox)  are Synchronized and the cboProcess may not contain values

The User inserts the name of the industry selects the corresponding sector of the industry, selects the corresponding subsector of the corresponding  Sector and the corresponding process of the subsector.

If no Proccess exists the user is prompted with a msgbox saying No process exists Please enter a new one Then another forms open in order to enter the Corresponding Region

The new form must be linked with the corresponding Sector SubSector and the user must enter the new process and select the corresponding unit for this process Here i am facing my link problem i cannot link this two forms don't no why

The code I have Is this in the after update of IndustrySector cbo
tblProcess2 is the child form that i want to link

I have Created a word  file having the schema and some photos of what i am explaining Sorry for the .doc
