Open Remote Database fails

Hello Experts, I am trying to open a one database and a form in it from another using the below code.

My users have the Runtime version of Access and get the "Execution of this has stopped due to a run time error The application can't continue and will be shut down" error.

It runs fine on my machine, which has the full version of Access.
