IIF Statement

I'd like to count the number of policies in my database which are In Force, Processing and Not In Force

So I've put these in the columns of my query design.

In Force: Count(IIf([PolicyStatusType]="In Force",[PolicyID],0))
Processing: Count(IIf([PolicyStatusType]="Processing",[PolicyID],0))
Not In Force: Count(IIf([PolicyStatusType]="Not In Force",[PolicyID],0))

Unfortunately they're all just counting the total number of policies
Have I got the brackets wrong?
