I am trying to do a dlookup with multiple criteria, sending in two string criteria and returning a string. I keep getting the type mismatch error. Can anyone help?

AA, AreaName and Name are all decalared as strings.

AA = DLookup("[email]", "tblMainManagerNames", "[Unit] = '" & AreaName & "'" And "[PermissionLevel] = '" & Name)Start Free Trial
