How do I set criteria for particular information on report

I am running XP/Pro SP2 with Access 2003.  I have created an access database with one table.  Attach is a copy of the table I've created.  My database consists of a Workmen's Comp Tracking System.  How can I set a criteria to print a report with all Patients that belongs to one particular Adjuster?Start Free Trial
