MS ACCESS 3 Query Export 1 Text File

Asked by Vinez in Microsoft Access Database, Access Coding/Macros

Tags: ,

I need to export 3 queries and save as 1 text file.  I need this for our bank, AP Positive Pay.

The queries are:
qryHeader (One Line - First Line)
qryDetails (Beginning at the second line, but multiple lines)
qryTrailer (Last line - End of File)

I have created 1 macro to export these 3 queries as text files: (Fixed Width)
BOAHeader.txt
BOADetails.txt
BOATrailer.txt

I need to combine these 3 text files into 1 text file.
Is it possible to do this in ACCESS or would I need to this outside ACCESS 2002?  This will be a weekly process, so I need to have this automated.  If this has already been answered please point me to the response.  Thanks so much for your help.Start Free Trial
