I can't get an ODBC to work between MSACCESS and DB2

Hello,

I am running a Windows 2003 Server 64 Bit with DB2 8.1 on it.  I am trying to setup an ODBC from Microsoft Access to a database in DB2.  When I try to connect to the DB2 database from MSACCESS, I receive the following error message:

Specified driver could not be loaded due to system error 126

I prefer to manipulate the DB2 data from the MSACCESS interface as it is much friendlier.
