Mouse scroller problem on Form

I had an Access 2000 file format application running in Access 2003.

There was a problem on one of the forms where I wanted to stop the mouse scroller from moving through records, so I used this solution: http://www.lebans.com/mousewheelonoff.htm

That worked perfectly. Now I have just converted my project from Access 2000 file format to Access 2002-2003.

Everything works fine except the the problem above has re-occured. Any ideas how to solve this?
