select query to filter duplicate values

Asked by kabaam in Microsoft Access Database

I have an access db and a select query.  The query looks at two tables.
They have a many-to-one relationsip so that I can have some fields are duplcates.
I guess it is hard to explain so I will give an example....

I have a table that lists 2000 employees.  
Another table that lists their certifications.

I need a query that will tell me exacly who has both MCSA and Comptia A+.

does this make sence?
