Custom Ribbon vba tab selection

Hi

I have 2 custom ribbons

1 main containing 1 tab and one specific to a form containing 1 tab

The form specific ribbon appears as the form loads an dissappears as it closes. It is set a form.ribbonname

When the app opens the main ribbon shows.
But when the form opens the specific ribbon/tab opens behind the main window.

How can i get it to open in front of the main ribbon/tab like the standard "report print preview" ribbon/tab
