how to open, edit and save accdb file without installing Access

I have got office 2000 installed with word and excel only. I have accdb file which i need to open and modify and save changes. Is there anyway i can do this without installing access 2007. This file is from access 2007.

ok that make sense but what if i installed Access 2000 which i am licensed to and then can i open,modify and save access 2007 files. Just like microsoft offers some convertors to open later version files in older version of office. Thanks

access 2007 files are with .accdb extensions
while older access versions 2003 and below uses .mdb files which is entirely different from .accdb files

Access 2007 can open and modify .mdb files but lower/older access versions *CAN NOT* open .accdb files
