When Access runs a query, any reference it can't resolve on it's own, it will prompt for. Usually the cause is mis-spelled field or table names.

I have an input form that I click on the button to open another form for my budgets and I get a Enter Parameter Value box for 3 fields that are in my table. Why is this happening?

This is the SQL associated with the form. It prompts for LineItemDetail.FiscalYear,
SELECT qbe_budget_accounts.Accoun
FROM qbe_budget_accounts INNER JOIN LineItemDetail ON qbe_budget_accounts.Accoun
WHERE (((LineItemDetail.FiscalYe
The record source is the LineItemDetail table. It contains the following fields...ID, FiscalYear, AccountID and AccountNumber plus the months. The ID= Autonumber, FiscalYear = Number, AccountID = number, AccountNumber = number. The months are also numbers. I made a backup of the original DB before making any changes and it has the same query that opens that form and it does not prompt me for any parameter values.

The form you are opening gets its data via a query (or SQL) in its record source. That record source has to be looked at. Copy and past it here.
