With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. comparing 2 date ranges

Hi Experts,
I have a bookings form of clients renting a property and I need to check if any part of their stay falls within a given Christmas date range (24th Dec to 31st Dec).

Examples:
1) Rental period is from 15th Dec to 24th Dec: YES part of rental falls within Xmas range
2) Rental period is from 26th Dec to 5th Jan: YES part of rental falls within Xmas range
3) Rental period is from15th Dec to 5th Jan: YES part of rental falls within Xmas range

I've tried to work out a routine using datediff but I can't get my head around all the variables involved - can someone help please?
