After buying and updating Windows 7 on a new computer, I am unable to open an .mdb file extension file created with Access 2007 on a Vista Ultimate os.
After clicking on the file, The application partially opens and displays a dialog box that reads, "Your Microsoft Office Access database or project contains a missing or broken reference to the file msador15.dll version 6.0"
Other files open alright, this one doesnt nor does the backup. I transfered the file via a usb flash.
Where might I begin the process of ruling out possibilities? Where do I start and/or where might the problem lie?

Apparently a Reference that was previously set
1) do you need this Reference?
2) If not, then open the VBA editor >> Tools>>References ... and uncheck this reference.
